Inspired by Pizza Hut, the recipe is easy to make at home. I have been making this for the last 5 years and have shared it with all in family and peer group.
Success: 100%
Challenge: Zilch
Time: Not more than 15 minutes
Magic Formula:
Penne - 250 gms (you can substitute it with any other form of pasta)
Edible Cream - 400 gms
Yellow Butter - about 1 or 1.5 serving spoon
Garlic paste- made out of at least 8 medium sized cloves
Mushrooms - 200 gms
Salt to taste
Seasoning - white/black pepper, powdered oregano (save some from dominos home delivery if you don't stock it), powdered basil (not mandatory), fried crushed garlic (if you can, you get it in the market)
Magic Wand: Non-stick pan and wooden spoons
Magic touch:
Cut mushrooms like thin and long.
Boil the penne as you would do to make noodles or any other form of pasta with some salt. Don't let it go too soft, drain it and cool it.
Put the non-stick pan on the burner, medium heat.
Add butter, do not let it burn.
Add the cut mushrooms and garlic paste. Saute for a while; say for about 5 mins on slow heat.
Add the cooked penne. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and fried garlic, put all together.
Roll it, turn it.
Switch off the heat.
Add cream and once again roll it to cover the penne with cream.
Make sure: You eat it with buttered toast or garlic bread.
